Each member presents their topic (Challenge, Issue, Opportunity, Prioritization, Time Management, or Financial). Then they take clarifying questions from the board members. Finally the board members make suggestions and recommendations for your topic. You then make a commitment to act on or implement the most impactful next steps before the next meeting. I facilitate the board meetings. I also meet with each board member between board meetings as an Executive Coach / Accountability &Thinking partner.
